Svein Eggen, has more than 30 years experience in the international oil and gas industry, including President and CEO of Technip Offshore Inc. Prior to that he held leading positions in Aker Group, including President and CEO of Aker Maritime ASA and Aker Maritime inc. in Houston, USA.

He holds several board room positions in Norway and abroad, including Midt-Norsk Betong AS, Trondheim Havn IKS and Cidra Corporation Inc.

Glørstad is currently the CEO for CapeOmega, the largest private owner of infrastructure on NCS, with a strategic vision to invest into the Energy transition. 

Glørstad has more than 20 years of experience from the oil and gas industry, mainly from the subsurface domain. She has held several positions within exploration, production, field development and commercial. Her last job in Aker BP was as the Senior Vice President for Exploration and Reservoir Development. 
Evy worked 7 years internationally, with a strong background in subsurface and project management. Glørstad holds a MS in Geology from University in Bergen, and a PhD in sequence stratigraphy from the University of Oslo.
